You waited till the last minute to shop? Well you might literally have to “pay” for that. This isn’t a budget friendly list but these are the things I consider to be “perfect gifts” for everyone!
Barefoot Dreams Blanket
They’re back in stock everyone! The Barefoot Dreams Blanket is the softest throw you will ever own. On Nordstromrack.com is about 60% what it costs on Nordstrom or anywhere else. I feel like throws, and candles, are synonymous with last minute “I don’t know what to get her” gifts! Scoop one up before they’re gone.
lululemon Align Leggings or Joggers
Listen here, I was a cynic at first. I mean, $98 for a pair of leggings? However, these are truly revolutionary. They are the softest, feel like you’re wearing nothing, lululemon’s Align Leggings! Throw on a chunky knit sweater or wear with sneakers. They’re perfect for lounge, running errands, and light yoga. I’m obsessed with the jogger as well. Another thing these leggings have going for them is that they are rated the best legging for maternity wear, you hear that right, a legging that will stretch with a growing belly. It really makes the investment worth it for any future Momma. Truly a luxurious item, it would be a great gift for anyone lululemon-curious that isn’t willing to make the purchase themselves. lululemon staff suggest going down one size for optimal fit aka, no pulling up all the time. I wear an 8. (I’m normally 29-30 in jeans.) I suggest buying in Black and letting them exchange if they would prefer a different color.
If you’re shopping for a guy, I hear the ABC Pant Classic Warpstreme are a must! They are made in a 5-pocket jean style but with super stretch fabric that breaths and moves with you. This would be perfect for the guy that never stops moving whether that’s travel, commuting, or running errands. These and the Align leggings are great for the person you have no idea what to get.

Dudley Stephens Park Slope Turtleneck Vello Fleece
Is there anything more classic than a black turtleneck? Well my version of Black is Navy but that’s another story. I get a lot of questions about how I survive Minnesota Winters and the main tip is, layer up! I wear a lot of fleece and am always looking for ways to make it look more classy and chic. Enter Dudley Stephens Park Slope Fleece. Dudley Stephens has a cult following fueled by bloggers and influencers, for good reason! They are incredible warm and versatile. Hitha On The Go didn’t believe the hype until she tried it and confirmed: it is indeed worth it! This fleece would be great for a women of any age. (I personally asked for the Cobble Hill Tunic in Ivory or Navy for Christmas, we’ll see if my wish comes true.) Reviews say go up a size for the best fit. I told my husband I wanted a size Large. (I’m usually a 8 in dress shirts, Medium in sweaters.) 18 different color options, although I don’t think you can go wrong with Black, Navy, Natural Blush, or Off-White.
Allbirds Lounger
Do you see a theme? Comfy and cozy. Earlier this year I bought myself a pair of these and I can’t say enough good things about them. This is perfect for the younger crowd always sending off “cool guy” or “cool girl” vibes. I primarily wear them as house shoes. I avoid wearing them to run errands because I want to be able to walk in my bedroom and not worrying about tracking the outside world in. They offer good support and are warm, but not too hot like a shearling-lined slipper might be. Go up a half size if in-between sizes. Comes in six different colors.
Classic Cashmere Sweater
I would be amiss if I didn’t mention this item, as it has landed on many many gift lists and probably for about 50+ years. Cashmere sweaters, mmm, when you know, you know. They’re soft, warm, and cuddly. The perfect gift as Winter continues on into January, February, and often March. I have owned several cashmere sweater styles; turtleneck, cardigan, and crewneck. While crewneck is my favorite I really love my turtleneck one this year. I suggest going with either a standard or cable knit pattern crewneck, you simply cannot go wrong. For men crewneck works well but this quarter zip is a real treat! J. Crew is always a great option but you can find cashmere sweaters everywhere this time of year.
LAKE Pajamas
I’ve been dying for a set of LAKE pajamas ever since I first saw them online! They are a simple style but made from 100% Pima Cotton. In various patterns, they have mix & match styles for shorts, short sleeves, long sleeves, cropped pants, and long pants. High quality and super comfortable, these are the perfect gift for anyone. I personally like the set above because the pants are more like joggers and the pattern is festive enough without seeming too Christmas-y. (They also have men’s in solid colors.)
Don’t forget you can always ship your presents to your destination and wrap them there. My brother and sister-in-law do that every year they are here for Christmas. I hope this guide is helpful as we reach the last days of shipping by Christmas Eve!
